My name is Yvonne B- and my 13 year old son James had been suffering from Asthma for two years before I discovered Ian Sholl's website relating to the Buteyko Method for the relief of Asthma symptoms. Before our visit James's Asthma had been getting progressively worse, he was using the brown prevent-steroid inhaler on a regular basis, and the blue Sabutamol reliever inhaler at least twice a week.

Ian took great care to explain how the method works then after assessing James he demonstrated the exercises, before monitoring James while he practised them. At the end of the session we were given exercises to be practised at home and a follow up appointment.
I am very pleased to say that after only two visits James's Asthma has improved...
